Inspiration
As healthcare systems often focus on treating diseases after they occur, we wanted to create a solution that promotes preventive healthcare and healthy aging. Our inspiration came from the idea that small lifestyle improvements made consistently can significantly increase a person's healthspan and quality of life.
What it does
LifeLens AI is an AI-powered longevity assistant that helps users understand and improve their long-term health. The platform analyzes daily lifestyle factors such as sleep, physical activity, hydration, stress levels, and nutrition to generate a personalized Longevity Score and actionable health recommendations.
How we built it
We developed a user-friendly web application where users can input their daily health information. The backend processes this data and uses AI-driven analysis to identify patterns and generate personalized recommendations. Interactive dashboards help users track progress and monitor improvements over time.
Challenges we ran into
One of the biggest challenges was designing a simple yet meaningful longevity scoring system. We also had to balance usability with the need to provide accurate and actionable health insights. Integrating multiple health parameters into a single platform while keeping the interface intuitive was another challenge.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
We successfully built a prototype that transforms everyday health data into personalized longevity insights. The project demonstrates how AI can make preventive healthcare more accessible and encourage healthier lifestyle choices.
What we learned
Through this project, we learned about longevity science, health analytics, AI-driven recommendations, user-centered design, and the importance of preventive healthcare technologies.
What's next for LifeLens AI
In the future, we plan to integrate wearable devices, real-time health monitoring, disease risk prediction models, personalized fitness plans, and telemedicine support to create a complete longevity-focused healthcare ecosystem.
