Commercial HVAC projects are won on thin margins — often 12–18%. But by the time projects close, realized margin frequently drops to single digits.
The core issue isn’t lack of data. It’s lack of reasoning over that data in time to act.
Dashboards show lagging indicators. They don’t investigate root causes. They don’t quantify recovery potential. They don’t escalate when something drifts.
I wanted to build something that behaves less like a dashboard and more like a portfolio controller — an AI system that actively protects margin.
