Inspiration
As long as developers like everyone in this room keeps creating crazy projects, there will be higher rate of replacement for higher level jobs. My inspiration is Bloom's taxonomy and the process of learning how to learn. I created a program as a small part of an idea I have to teach AI metacognition because I want to create high level abstraction automations that will help me to become more proficient in teaching myself new skills and benchmarking my own level of metacognition.
What it does
1. you put in your files, name, and desired job title
2. it profiles you
3. it scrapes linkedin jobs
4. creates a persona(and files and projects) for someone who would be qualified
then compares you
5. so you can find gaps in your knowledge, analyze how advanced you are in different subjects/niches
How we built it

Challenges we ran into
Time management - work/school/hackathon
Accomplishments that we're proud of
Found a model for classifying abstraction Created a Methodology for User employability
What we learned
Learned how to create llamaindex RAG agents with reAct
What's next for Personal AntiReplacement Agent
Rely on the agent more than hardcode. Decision tree tuning Actually building a llamaindex framework
