Inspiration
While studying chemistry, I realized that while the periodic table is a fundamental tool, accessing detailed information about each element can be inefficient due to the need to pinpoint a specific element from a large table. I wanted to create a seamless, user-friendly interface that empowers students and professionals to gain information about any element with a simple input.
What it does
PeriodicProfile serves as a digital assistant for the periodic table. Users can input any element, and the program instantly provides information regarding that element. The program will also notify the user if an invalid input is entered.
How we built it
The program is built using Javascript on Code.org. The "Periodic Table Elements" data library from Code.org is used to gather info on the elements.
