This engaging solution supports a self-guided approach to improving your fitness while enabling a convenient and cost-effective way to rehabilitate injuries. It is FREE to register and use the online version of the system. You can follow our virtual trainer prepared fitness plans designed specifically for weight loss, strength & conditioning, and toning/muscle definition; or access over 1700 exercise animations and hundreds of popular workouts to personalize your own experience. You can easily create, save, print and receive workouts --- and also share exercise programs with friends, family, colleagues, teammates and more via Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Email.
At any point during your fitness journey or rehabilitation process, you can CONNECT with a rehabilitation or fitness provider that uses the professional version of the system called PERFECT FIT PRO (http://www.perfectfitpro.com). Fitness and rehabilitation providers will be accessible through a newly integrated provider directory that is linked to the PERFECT FIT platform. Fitness and rehabilitation providers prescribe fitness and injury rehabilitation exercise plans (respectively) based on the needs of their clients and patients.
Very soon, physicians using PERFECT FIT MD (http://www.perfectfitmd.com) will begin to prescribe fitness plans, exercise programs, and injury-specific online-mobile treatment plans to improve exercise understanding, access, and expedite the injury rehabilitation process for their patients using PERFECT FIT.
The PERFECT FIT mobile app will also be available very soon as well and will work closely with the PERFECT FIT online application launched. Members who register for free will be able to download the PERFECT FIT mobile app for the purpose of entering their "workout and treatment codes" so they can easily and conveniently access their exercise programs while they are on the go and reference exercise animations anytime, anywhere.
