Inspiration

We took inspiration from the college students' experiences that will shape their future and how they handle financial situations while making ends meet.

What it does

PERAM teaches students on how to look for ways to save money by asking for fellow students to lend their supplies, buy their supplies, or rent their supplies.

How we built it

We utilized Android Studio in building the user-side of the application. In addition, we applied Firebase to authenticate users' accounts during the development phase.

Challenges we ran into

We developed the application in a short amount of time. The pressure overwhelmed the team to accomplish the project.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Despite having setbacks from the beginning of the event, we have powered through as a team to make it possible.

What we learned

We should have had a better method during the brainstorming phase. The mentors have suggested to give each other time to think, process, and relay their ideas to the team.
