Inspiration
We are IT learners and programmers and through the project, we fine-tuned our programming skills and enhanced our team working skills by discussing and brainstorming our ideas among the team.
What it does
We built a website that analyses football match data in API and presents it in graphs and tables.
How we built it
We extracted data from the API using python in JSON and presented our analytics using Flask
Challenges we ran into
Finding appropriate and freely accessible API with useful data. In the process of building our website we learnt to use Flask and web scrapping.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
Finishing and submitting a working model and coding without sleeping.
What we learned
We learned a new framework, extract API and web scrapping.
What's next for pentatonic
We will complete the app to support multiple users and provide a better user experience.
