My family and I started working on this book after my cousin sent my Daddy a text message about the competition. He asked my sister and me if we wanted to write a new book and we said yes!

I told him he ALWAYS complains about our glitter getting everywhere, so our thing we should stop from spreading should be glitter. What kid doesn't like glitter! My sister and I decided our sickness would be called the Glitter Spot Dots and just like that, Penelope the Pirate Princess: A Very Bad Case of the Glitter Spot Dots was born!

It was fun drawing our treasure map and coming up with the story. At first we were going to collect all of the Glitter and shoot it into space out to Jupiter on a rocket because my sister and I made a song about going to Jupiter in a rocket. Daddy said we can't just kick things we don't like off the planet, so we let the glitter stay.

I like writing books with my family. Its FUN! Next time we need more time though. I wanted to add more glitter to the book, but we ran out of time. This is my second book, and I know the 3rd time around I will make sure my Daddy gives us more time.

I don't like the Coronavirus.
