Inspiration
SAS's PDS (Project Datasphere) collects data from privately-funded clinical trials. Along with a group of oncologists at UNC, I studied the effects of Mitoxantrone in patients with metastatic, hormone-resistant prostate cancer.

Because this study was not a randomized, controlled trial, I used propensity score matching to improve the validity of inference.
