Inspiration

I believe that students deserve a voice on campus. I wanted to deliver the chance for everyone school-wide to provide feedback about the meals on offer at Panther Dining Hall.

What it does

Automatically downloads the menu from PDH and allows users to upvote or downvote all items individually.

How I built it

Using the basic web technologies.

Challenges I ran into

I found positioning items with CSS to be a bit of a headache.

Accomplishments that I'm proud of

It works!

What I learned

I can't bite off more than I can chew, especially for a 24hr hackathon.

What's next for PDH Polls

Adding more features such as Google account authentication to verify that people are actually students.
