Develop a Chrome extension app named PDF Genie that provides a comprehensive suite of PDF tools with a user-friendly interface and advanced compression capability targeting file sizes as low as 100KB without significant quality loss.

Key Features:

Powerful PDF Compression: Compress PDFs efficiently on the client side, optimizing images, fonts, and other elements to achieve file sizes as low as around 100KB while maintaining readability and content integrity.

Full PDF Editing Suite: Support all major editing features including text editing (add, remove, modify), image insertion/removal, annotation (highlight, comment, draw), page manipulation (rearrange, rotate, crop).

Fillable Form Support: Edit and complete interactive PDF forms with text fields, checkboxes, radio buttons, and dropdowns.

User-Friendly Interface: Clean, modern, and intuitive UI with drag-and-drop upload, toolbar with toggleable tools, page thumbnails, and clear save/export options.

Offline Access: Enable offline functionality through local processing (using pdf-lib, PDF.js) and data storage (IndexedDB).

Wide Export Formats: Export edited or compressed PDFs with options for PDF/A archival format and compatibility with standard PDF viewers.

Privacy and Speed: All processing is done locally in the browser with no files sent to servers, ensuring maximum privacy and fast operation.

Inspired by WPS PDF: Replicate the best-in-class features and ease of use found in WPS PDF, optimized as a lightweight Chrome extension.
