Inspiration
In India, almost one out of every five women suffer from PCOS. However, due to lack of awareness, a majority of women who endure this ailment remain unaware of it. It is extremely important to draw sufficient attention towards PCOS and its effects.
What it does
Based on several parameters (such as age, weight, height, mensuration cycle length, etc) it predicts whether a woman has PCOS or not. It also suggests some insightful videos and article to learn to tackle it.
How we built it
Random Forest Classifier was trained on several parameters listed in the app thereby predicting the likelihood of woman having PCOS.
Challenges we ran into
Using the classifier, obtaining the dataset and reducing the dimensionality of the dataset.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
Since this is our first hackathon we are really proud that we were able to make full fledged deployed app.
What we learned
Scope for future development and about various other technologies.
