Inspiration
The basic idea of the "virtual administrator" is to build a product applicable to any company and dedicated mainly to the internal public, unlike most applications currently built with AI that target the external public: bots, pdf queries, etc.
What it does
The objective is that the application can manage internal and external information of the company, answer queries about the company's data and act on them, for example managing agendas, emails, etc.
How we built it
The idea is to use as many tools as possible from the hackathon sponsors:
Based on AWS, built with Langchain, with an initial Huggingface LLM trained for the company's data, obviously all the memory is from Pinecone, then an OpenAI model to handle the chat, Zapier to connect it with the mail applications and company agenda and Netlifi for the entire frontend
