Texture libraries on shared storage drift: maps get renamed, channels go missing, the same file is copied under three names, and a 2K roughness map ends up next to a 4K base colour. Checking a library by hand means opening folder after folder.

PBR Texture Set Triage groups texture files into likely material sets and checks each set against a channel preset (metallic/roughness, specular/gloss or custom). It reports missing channels, resolution and format conflicts, hash-confirmed duplicates and maps it could not classify, with a complete / review / incomplete status per set. It never changes originals. Only maps that filename and folder evidence cannot resolve are sent to the NAS's local vision model, and review tags are applied only to existing tags, after a separate approval.

Round 1 contains the full SKILL.md orchestration (clean result from the official static checker) and the 10-question proposal. NAS runtime testing is planned for the finalist round: a 200-file metallic/roughness library with known faults, nested specular/gloss folders with naming overrides, and an empty or partly unreadable scan that must report partial coverage and write nothing.
