Inspiration

Millions of shoppers search for products but always overspend. I wanted to build an AI that respects your budget.

What it does

PayPilot AI is a smart shopping assistant. You enter your budget (e.g. ₹25,000) and what you need (e.g. Laptop for college). The AI instantly finds the best matching products WITHIN your budget and shows them with a PayPal Checkout button for instant, secure payment. No more overspending!

How we built it

  • Frontend: Streamlit (Python)
  • AI Logic: Budget-aware product matching engine (simulates LLM product search)
  • Payments: PayPal Checkout SDK in Sandbox mode (no real money)
  • Hosting: Streamlit Cloud + GitHub

Challenges we ran into

Connecting PayPal Sandbox with Streamlit and making the AI strictly respect the budget filter.
