PayGuard is an AI-assisted escrow layer on PayPal Orders v2 (Sandbox). A buyer places funds with AUTHORIZE (hold). An AI risk/delivery check decides capture vs void so the blast radius of a bad release stays contained.

How it works: webpage question → AI writes/evaluates release criteria → PayPal hold is captured only on Pass, otherwise voided. Health endpoint reports PayPal mode and AI model.
