My background is in pattern and product design for the fashion industry. I have designed hundreds of patterns for Finnish brands over more than 10 years.

Every pattern and picture has its own charm, no matter what the purpose of it is. Every picture begins from giving form to that charm. I want to convey emotions and bring people joy through my designs.

Stories are my great passion. You can tell them through pictures and patterns on different materials. Lately also movement has been a factor in many of my projects. I have designed GIF animations for applications and augmented reality in patterns. Motion and sound combined with pattern design opens a whole new dimension for storytelling.
