Patrol Pro

Inspiration

We got the inspiration upon wondering if the patrolling duties could be more systematic and the routes be assigned appropriately based on the crime statistics

What it does

Takes in a CSV file on crime data and analyses it then provides the optimal patrol routes

How we built it

We built it using djnago for the web frame work and pandas, folium and SciKit-learn to analyse the data

Challenges we ran into

We had some challenges on integrating the map data

We are proud of integrating the different system into one

What we learned

We learnt a lot of integrating data processing and establishing the connectivity between front and back end

What's next for Patrol Pro

Add more security features to the system such as 2FA To process more real time data, to dynamically add and delete the data
