Inspiration The idea came upto my mind by my mother medical treatment whenever she consults a new doctor she needs to provide the entire medical history to the new doctor and she needs to make sure the doctor understands her past medical history by means of saying.

What it does It keeps track of the medical history of the particular patient throughout. Let me explain this with the scenario of my mom.

Initially she is suffered from the body pain and muscles pain kind of thing . so we first went to the General_Doctor where he has observed the level of sugar and then he suggested some kind of tablets for a week.

After a week she is not still recovered so we went to the same General_Doctor and then now also he observed the level of sugar and then he suggested to visit Endocrinologist(Sugar specialist).

We visited that endocrinologist and then my mom explained all the disease what she is facing and then he suggested some tablets to be consumed for a week then asked her to visit after 2 days.

Then we visited Endocrinologist after 2 days still my mom is facing the same issue so Endocrinologist suggested to visit Neurologist.

So we visited Neurologist and then the same goes on my mom keeps on explaining her condition to Neurologist and then he started observing my mom condition and then suggested some tablets for a week .

After a week we went to the same Neurologist then he was shocked to see the results that is not still cured .He suggested to visit Psychologist because of my mom condition.

We visited Psychologist and then my mom started explaining her past medical records to the Psychologist and tablets that she is consuming .Then we are checking with Psychologist in a monthly manner now.
