The project was initiated to address the challenges faced by the BIT Student Health Center in managing appointments and medicine stock through manual, disconnected processes. Long queues, appointment conflicts, difficulty accessing patient history, and unnoticed low or expired medicine created a need for a centralized digital solution. Our proposed system brings these activities together in one web-based platform. Students can book appointments and receive tokens, doctors can access patient history and create prescriptions, and pharmacists can manage medicine dispensing and stock. The system automatically updates stock and generates low-stock and near-expiry alerts, while administrators can monitor activities through dashboards and reports. The goal is to make health-center operations more efficient, organized, accurate, and accessible for students and healthcare staff.
