Inspiration
Filing a disability claim can feel like climbing a mountain. As forms, deadlines, and responsibilities pile up, that mountain grows taller and steeper, especially for individuals already struggling with their mental or physical health.
Inspired by research on task paralysis and cognitive overload, we created Pathwise, a guided claims experience that transforms an overwhelming mountain of responsibilities into a clear, manageable path.

Our biggest takeaway was that simplifying a process doesn't always mean removing steps. Sometimes, it means making each step easier to understand and complete.
