Inspiration

Pathfinder was inspired by my own experiences growing up, where I faced challenges in navigating my educational path due to limited guidance. My parents encouraged me to focus on education but didn't know how to advise on what to study or how to prepare for college. This lack of direction is a common hurdle for many students whose families may not have the necessary information or resources to support their educational journey. Observing the disconnect between students' education and their future aspirations motivated me to create Pathfinder. My vision was to develop a tool that not only helps students manage their academic tasks but truly aligns their education with their personal and professional goals, empowering them to carve paths that lead to real-world success.

What it does

Pathfinder is an AI-driven chatbot that creates tailored educational plans for K-12 students, helping them align their learning with personal and career aspirations. It utilizes official data to adjust plans based on changing educational standards and personal development needs. By integrating specialized agents—College Counselor, Subject Tutor, Social Helper, and Integrative Coach—Pathfinder addresses comprehensive student needs from academic support to socio-economic advice and emotional intelligence coaching.
