Inspiration
We love to travel and have found that we typically have to use multiple sources in the process of creating an itinerary. With Path Planner, the user can get their whole tripped planned for them in one place.
What it does
Build you an itinerary for any destination you desire
How we built it
Using react and nextjs we developed the webpage and used chatGpt API to pull an itinerary with out given prompts

Engineering an efficient prompt that allows us to get detailed itinerary information and display it in a user friendly fashion.
What we learned
How to use leaflet with react and next.js and utilizing leaflet to input an interactive map that can be visualized on our web pages. How to engineer precise prompts using open AI's playground.
What's next for Path Planner
Integrating prices for hotels, cars, and flights as well as having a login page so that you can store your different itineraries and preferences. This would require creating a backend as well.
