Inspiration:- There's a lot of garbage in our surroundings these days so a proper system or program is needed to deal with this problem and to keep the environment clean and safe to live in. This was our inspiration for our project, to design such a program which can deal with this problem.
What it does:- It helps in managing waste disposal and recycling. The program could track waste collection schedules, record the types and amounts of waste collected, and generate reports on waste management activities. You could also add features to optimize the waste collection routes, and minimize the environmental impact of waste disposal.
How we built it:- We built our program in the C programming language using its libraries and other functions.
Challenges we ran into:- We ran into some challenges while writing the code for our project, we came across the problems, found solution to those and went on with the project and learnt so many new things.
Accomplishments that we're proud of:- We're proud of the knowledge we gained while working on this project of ours and had a fun experience. That is also one of the biggest accomplishment one can achieve.
What we learned:- We learnt a lot of things through this project. We learnt more about the use of a few functions and libraries of C language. We learnt about building up the logic for creating a program for any problem. And most importantly we learnt teamwork along with knowledge.
What's next for Waste Management System:- If our project is a success then we would like to enhance its code and improvise it further to be more precise, user friendly and personalized so that it becomes easy to use and can deal with the main problem in an even better and effective way.
