This program is based on Caesar's Cipher in which each letter is shifted by a number of letters.The cipher only encrypts letters; symbols, such as -, remain unencrypted. It accepts three arguments as inputs in which the first one is the length of unencrypted string, the second parameter is the password which had to be encrypted and finally the third one is the number of letters to rotate the alphabet by.
