Inspiration

Every year, millions of students and aspiring entrepreneurs dream of starting their own businesses, but many never take the first step because they are overwhelmed by uncertainty. Choosing the right idea, validating its potential, and knowing where to start are common challenges that prevent great ideas from becoming reality.

We wanted to build a solution that acts as a personal entrepreneurial mentor and helps users confidently transform their ideas into actionable projects. This inspired us to create Passiona.

What it does

Passiona is an AI-powered platform that guides users throughout their entrepreneurial journey.

The platform allows users to:

  • Submit up to two business ideas.
  • Evaluate each idea based on personal fit and business viability.
  • Receive smart recommendations and risk assessments.
  • Generate a personalized, step-by-step business roadmap.
  • Access actionable tasks for branding, legal setup, marketing, launch, and growth.

Our goal is to reduce uncertainty and help aspiring entrepreneurs turn their ideas into action.

How we built it

We started by designing the initial mockups using Moda to visualize the application's concept and main functionalities.

Next, we used Figma to design the user journey, create the interface screens, and structure the overall user experience.

We then designed the AI workflow to analyze user information such as budget, skills, available time, interests, and location to generate personalized recommendations and execution plans.

We also integrated responsible AI principles by ensuring that the AI acts as a decision-support tool rather than an autonomous decision-maker.

Challenges we ran into

One of the biggest challenges was translating a complex entrepreneurial process into simple, actionable steps for beginners.

Another challenge was balancing personalization and reliability, since entrepreneurship depends on many factors that cannot be fully predicted by AI.

We also had to prevent users from over-relying on AI recommendations by keeping humans at the center of the decision-making process.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We are proud of building a solution that combines AI capabilities with human decision-making.

This project taught us that building AI applications is not only a technical challenge but also a human-centered one.

We learned the importance of responsible AI, user-centered design, and transforming complex problems into simple and practical solutions.

Most importantly, we learned that AI is most effective when it empowers people instead of replacing them.

What's next for Passiona

We plan to transform Passiona into a fully functional platform that supports entrepreneurs from idea generation to business launch.

Our next steps include:

  • Integrating real-time market analysis.
  • Adding country-specific legal and administrative guidance.
  • Improving financial forecasting capabilities.
  • Enhancing competitor analysis features.
  • Developing a more interactive and personalized entrepreneurial experience.

Our long-term vision is to make Passiona a trusted AI companion for every future entrepreneur.
