Inspiration
The pandemic greatly influenced all of our lives and we thought it would be interesting to observe the environmental impacts of COVID-19.
What it does
We developed an interactive map that demonstrates the relative CO2 emissions per country through a color spectrum.
How we built it
We used excel to clean and filter our data and Tableau to execute the data visualization.
Challenges we ran into
We ran into problems trying to figure out how to interpret and analyze the data set given there were only two quantative variables.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
We are proud of ourselves for learning and implementing Tableau for the first time! This is our first times doing a hackathon and trying to analyze a dataset outside of a classroom. Regardless of the outcome, we all learned a lot and had fun doing it!
