Inspiration

corona hates social isolation, social rules.. corona loves chaos. in Times of Crisis ; Operators scramble to meet surging consumers demand. everybody wants to go outside and people want to buy everything at the same time.. .... we need cosmos. citywide curfew may be neccessary. we need REGULATIONS AND COORDINATION for all SERVICES . we should continue helping other people "without touching" a shopping center can do that by using a mobil app.:NO. only local or central authorities can do that .. all markets have to get permission from local authorities.and they share their informations.(how many workers, which services will be open etc.) all people have to get permission from local authorities .

What it does

PassCOM is a nonprofit "day ahead market management system" to regulate SOCIAL LIFE in Times of Crisis. (ofcourse there is no money ,sellers,buyers,bids in the system)

How we built it

three basic parts : 1-server side app. for authorities ..to get information , to collct data from people and companies,send orders to companies.to give permitions for citizens. 2- mobile application for suppliers. 3-mobile app. for citizens .. suppliers use this app. for work permit. and they send their all neccessary informations about their company.(how many square meter area, max customer capacity at same time, etc.)

People use this app. for getting permition to go out for shoping or.. for example : they select shopping MALL and shopping time period. system check all informations give permition by sending square code to their mobile phone. The System also send them a road route . Police officers or shopping MALL guards can check this square code by their mobile phone or tablet_PC..
