The solution to the robocall challenge is PASS. The personal assistant support service device can be used by the cell phone user, landline user, and voip user. The PASS system works by pinging the contact list of the cell phone which can also be downloaded into the PASS box for the landline via SD card or USB. If the caller is on the contact list the caller is put through without any interruptions. Should the caller be a robo caller a pin will be provided during the time period the robocaller is speaking. If the pin is not spoken in the given time period the call is disconnected. After 3 tries from 1 number that number will be blocked. If the caller is a legitimate live caller they will provide the pin and be put through. PASS will be affordable and easy to install for every consumer. It will be easy to update to accomodate new numbers at any given time.
