Inspiration
Due to the increase of awareness towards mental health issues, we have developed a fun app to help people struggling with small tasks.
What it does
The interactive and entertaining feed is meant to engage and motivate people to complete their tasks and to uplift their mood.
How we built it
We used features from the partyrock sandbox, such as user input, chat bots and text and image generating to create visually appealing cues and to make the experience more interactive and personal. We have used clear prompts to instruct what kind of content is generated, using positive vocabulary such as 'uplifting', 'mood boost' etc.
Challenges we ran into
The sandbox doesn't offer a lot of variety of features, such as music (spotify connection). We also had difficulties pinpointing the exact phrases needed to generate the content we wanted.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
We believe that it motivates the user to look after their mental health and help them carry out day-to-day tasks in an engaging manner.
What we learned
Connecting prompts to inputs requires a defined structure which we may not have had in the beginning, but after experimenting with the PartyRock sandbox, we are more familiar with prompt engineering and diagram of an app using LLM.
What's next for PartyInTheEast
We wish to continue trying out more hackathons and learning about new and fun technologies.
