PaRTS is a Passive Roadway Telemetry System with wide-open control and reporting applications.PaRTS allows vehicles to be automated and to expand the controls added in Navigation Systems currently tied to RF sources for robotics and control/billing practices. The structure of PaRTS is a simple RFID based tracking blob encapsulated inside a Lane or Road Edge Marker Dot or Stake such that as a vehicle equipped with a PaRTS reader system meary reads and processes its location information. Other implications regarding automated surveying and contol applications are available including a number of automated vehicle control and military applications including a marker process for tagging IED cleared areas with a special OPTICAL RFID based market only visible in the WarFighter Telemetry Heads-up Display for combat and engineerinrg forces. In addition to their control applications PaRTS has the ability to provide commerce broadcast forms and public-subscription based mapping as well as an on-going set of revenues to Town and Municipal/County Governments for keeping their PaRTS Location Tags mapped properly and published. This system has more capability that GPS based systems since it augments their operating features with this new extended location-control practice. Finally PaRTS fits into a larger program I am pushing called FEM which is Federal Electronic Monuments (and a thing called a DEM or Digital Electronic Monument) which I want DoT, DoE, DoD and other Federal Agencies to embrace as components of the electronic tundra which are tied to the Full GFaith and Credit of the US Consitution meaning they will also encapsulate smart weapons. The intent is to create a uniform set of digital electronic monuments and evidence models across all US operations globally.
