Daily break challenge

Inspiration

Inspired heavily by other modern pool apps and the daily grind of submitting turns against friends. I wanted to bring that joy to reddit!

What it does

Players will see the daily break challenge pop up in their feed and they can compete in a one shot break challenge to sink the most balls in a break. When they are done, they can head to the main app menu and play against one another in classic 8 ball pool, or practice their skills against a bot.

How we built it

Built with three js and open source pool assets.

Challenges we ran into

Physics physics physics... Realistic pool physics with threejs was not easy, but I managed to get it almost perfect after many hours. A ton of work went into this game and will continue to be put into this game to make it the perfect pool game for players on reddit to challenge one another.
