Inspiration

We decided that we wanted to make a fun game at Boilermake this year rather than trying to solve problems that may or may not be already solved.

What it does

You crash cars into parking spots and other cars

How we built it

With java and LWJGL

Challenges we ran into

Including the Physics engine which was not developed by us into the system, looking back it might have been easier and more quirky had we implemented a custom system for handling the physics.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

The game looks polished and works

What we learned

That having fun is really important for a hackathon that lasts 36 hours

What's next for Parks and Wreck

Depends on the response we receive over it.
