Inspiration
Electrical vehicle is a major player in mobility future and the charging stations will be a good challenge especially for city planning.
What it does
We chose to focus on the data analysis part. The data analysis part aims to get some insights about the charging station situation in the city from a dataset.
How we built it
First, we did data cleansing in our dataset. Next, after we make sure that the dataset is fine for extracting further insights, we discussed about and decided some criteria for generating some kinds of information.
Challenges we ran into
At our first glance into the raw dataset, there were some weird parts and irrelevant/unrealistic data. And we needed to figure out what kind of criteria to filter out those information. Moreover, we also needed to find general and appropriate criteria to extract the certain information.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
We are able to find some insights and useful information from the data!
What we learned
This gave us a good experience to analyze a dataset from zero. We learned a lot how to apply the programming language to do further analysis. Apart from that, it was also interesting to find out that if we analyze a dataset, we need to consider about the extracting criteria, which actually influence how the extracted data a lot.
