Unlike standard job websites, Paragon uses a special system to collect real-time job listings directly from the MyCareersFuture database. It uses machine learning to understand the job requirements clearly, identifying the exact skills and experience needed instead of just matching keywords. By combining this detailed information with personal preferences like location and salary, the platform gives a "Match Potential" score. This allows users to easily see which job opportunities fit their current profile best.
In addition to finding jobs, Paragon helps users improve their skills. If a user wants a specific job but does not have all the necessary qualifications, the system identifies exactly what is missing. It then creates a personal study plan with a timeline and suggests courses from providers like Coursera to help them learn. To keep everything organized, the platform features a simple "drag and drop" board. This tool helps candidates track their applications easily, from the first search until they receive a job offer.
