Paradaise: Preserving the Evolution of Human Judgment
The Problem
Every day, people make hundreds of valuable decisions while working. They compare alternatives, reject ideas, refine strategies, discover patterns, and change their minds as new evidence appears.
Almost all of that disappears.
Today's AI systems remember conversations, documents, and prompts, but they rarely preserve how human judgment evolves over time. Once a laptop closes, years of cognitive development become fragmented across chats, files, emails, and applications.
We believe this is one of the missing layers of artificial intelligence.
Inspiration
Paradaise started from a personal frustration.
While applying to AI expert platforms, I realized companies were paying people to generate reasoning on demand, while the richest reasoning already existed naturally during everyday work—and was simply being lost.
Initially I thought I was building an AI memory system.
After using the product every day, I realized the real problem was much bigger.
The missing layer wasn't memory.
It was preserving the evolution of human judgment.
That insight completely changed the direction of the project.
What We Built
Paradaise is a local-first cognitive continuity platform.
Instead of asking users to manually document their thinking, Paradaise continuously captures behavioral signals produced during normal computer use and organizes them into a longitudinal view of how projects, decisions, and reasoning evolve.
Using Gemini, the platform identifies recurring behavioral patterns, project evolution, changes in decision-making, emerging blind spots, and long-term cognitive trends that would otherwise remain invisible.
Everything is built around one principle:
The user owns their own cognitive history.
Behavioral data remains on the user's computer unless they explicitly decide otherwise.
Why Gemini
Gemini allows us to reason across months of behavioral context rather than isolated prompts.
Instead of answering a single question, Gemini analyzes longitudinal patterns, helping users understand how their thinking changes over time, why important decisions happened, and where recurring behaviors emerge.
Rather than becoming another chatbot, Gemini becomes an interpreter of long-term human cognition.
Challenges
The hardest challenge wasn't engineering.
It was deciding what should never leave the user's computer.
That forced us to redesign the entire architecture around a local-first model where privacy is the default, not an option.
Another challenge was discovering that the product itself kept teaching us something new.
As we used Paradaise every day, we realized we weren't preserving memory—we were preserving the evolution of human judgment.
That insight fundamentally changed both the product and the company.
What We Learned
Building Paradaise taught us that behavior is often more informative than explicit self-reporting.
People rarely remember how they reached an important conclusion.
Their everyday digital activity already contains that history.
The challenge is preserving it safely, privately, and in a way that remains useful months or years later.
Sustainability
We intentionally designed Paradaise as infrastructure rather than a single application.
The same foundation naturally supports multiple sustainable businesses without changing the underlying technology.
Individuals can subscribe to keep their complete behavioral history entirely private and local.
Users who choose to participate may contribute consented, anonymized behavioral patterns to research datasets and AI evaluation benchmarks while sharing directly in the value generated from their own data.
The same infrastructure can later support enterprise knowledge continuity, longitudinal AI evaluation, scientific behavioral research, and privacy-preserving cognitive benchmarks.
Rather than building several disconnected products, we are building one infrastructure capable of supporting multiple markets while preserving user ownership and sovereignty over their own behavioral history.
Looking Forward
Our vision is simple.
AI should not only remember what people said.
It should help preserve how people learned to think.
We believe understanding the evolution of human judgment will become one of the most valuable building blocks for the next generation of trustworthy AI.
