This idea is rather simple, yet, we believe it fills a gap in EU Research.

Unfortunately the amount of time I've been able to spend on the idea, is not great.

But if the EU is interested in such an idea, I can come up with a working MVP within a week, for free.

I'd be happy to provide that repository for free, and bring back the ownership of EU research to the European commission.

Providers such as ResearchGate have a big issue where it reserves itself the right to publish the paper without permission of the author, which is a big loss for mostly-European subsidized research.

Thank you so much for reading, and my apologies for the sub-quality work. In my mind, it is a truly powerful idea, with many benefits and impact from EU.
