Papa Johns - Pistacho Rolls-Psycho

Inspiration

We reinterpreted the tension of Psycho using generative AI, focusing on the sudden-break dynamic of the original film and turning it into a reveal for Papa John’s Pistacho Rolls.

What We Learned

We explored how AI handles fast emotional transitions, micro-expressions, and high-contrast lighting. We also learned how prompts affect silhouette clarity in scenes with sharp cuts.

How We Built It

The team generated frames with controlled lighting, applied video-to-video refinement, and performed color and pacing adjustments.

Challenges We Faced

Maintaining consistent motion during rapid cuts.

Preventing AI noise in shadows.
