Inspiration 💡

The inspiration for Pangea TeleGuard stemmed from the growing need for a secure platform to manage and safeguard personal health-related documents in an increasingly digital world.

What it does 🛡️

Pangea TeleGuard allows users to securely upload and store their confidential medical documents while providing the capability to verify the validity of links associated with their health data.

How we built it 🛠️

We built Pangea TeleGuard using React.js for the frontend, leveraging the powerful capabilities of the Pangea API for document scanning and link validation. The application ensures data privacy and security through robust encryption protocols.

Challenges we ran into 🚧

One of the main challenges we encountered was integrating the Pangea API seamlessly into the application while maintaining a user-friendly interface. Additionally, ensuring real-time feedback and response times during document scanning posed technical hurdles that we successfully overcame. Since we used React JS and Pangea API didn't had much documentation for React JS so there was a bit paucity of resources for implementing it since the npm libraries for it were hard to find

Accomplishments that we're proud of 🏆

We're proud to have developed a solution that empowers individuals to take control of their health data security. Our accomplishment lies in creating a reliable platform that users can trust with their most sensitive information.

What we learned 📚

Throughout the development process, we gained valuable insights into document scanning technologies, API integration, and frontend development best practices. We also deepened our understanding of data privacy and security principles.

What's next for Pangea TeleGuard 🚀

In the future, we envision expanding the feature set of Pangea TeleGuard to include additional security layers, seamless integration with healthcare providers, and enhanced user customization options. We're committed to continuously improving and evolving the platform to meet the ever-changing needs of our users. We look forward to implementing more functionalities using Pangea API like Secure Share for adding chatting option between the doctor and patient

Feedback for the Pangea API

It's an amazing API only features we would request would be documentation on how to use it in React JS and Next JS since the npm libraries for using Pangea API in React and Next JS project are hard to implement directly within the components itself
