Panda SAM

Inspiration

My project was inspired by the idea that even the most unexpected heroes can rise to protect the world.
I created Sam the Panda, a messy, clumsy, but incredibly brave superhero.
His imperfections make him relatable and funny, while his courage makes him powerful.
I wanted to show that anyone can be a hero, no matter how imperfect they appear.

What I Learned

Throughout this project, I explored how different AI tools can work together to create a full cinematic experience.
I learned how to:

• Combine multiple AI video models to achieve dynamic storytelling
  
• Build expressive character motion using generative video models
  
• Use music AI to enhance emotional tone
  
• Improve scene continuity and visual flow
  
• Balance humor, action, and personality in short-form AI films
  

This project helped me better understand AI filmmaking as a new creative medium.

How I Built It

I used several tools to bring Sam the Panda to life:

• Kling AI for realistic, cinematic high-motion shots
  
• Sora AI for smooth character animation and action sequences
  
• Suno AI to generate an original soundtrack that matches the comedic–heroic tone
  
• Editing and timing were refined manually to keep the pacing sharp and engaging
  

I combined all generated footage frame-by-frame to maintain consistency in Sam’s design and personality.

Challenges

I faced several challenges along the way:

• Keeping Sam’s character consistent across different models
  
• Matching the animation style and lighting between Kling AI and Sora AI
  
• Maintaining continuity in motion during fast action scenes
