Design Decision: My team came together on this design idea because we wanted to create something that was artistic and in creating this app, our primary focus was to foster a collaborative and creative community where individuals can express themselves through art in a shared digital space. By allowing users to paint and share their creations with others, we aimed to break down the barriers of traditional art creation and provide a platform for collective expression. We came to the conclusion of making this exclusively an IPad app to take advantage of it's touch interface and large canvas size, providing users with a better painting experience. This decision was driven by the belief that art should be inclusive and accessible to all, and that the collaborative process enriches both the artwork and the experience of its creators. Through this app, users not only have the opportunity to showcase their individual talents but also to engage in a dynamic exchange of ideas and inspiration, ultimately resulting in a vibrant tapestry of shared creativity.
