What it does

The Pageant Performance Intelligence System provides non‑biometric, camera‑based performance analytics that help contestants grow while protecting their privacy.

The system evaluates four development domains:

  • Runway Performance — posture, pacing, angles, transitions
  • Presence & Expression Control — confidence signals, timing, projection
  • Media Readiness — camera comfort, angle resilience, lighting adaptation
  • Story & Leadership Impact — narrative clarity, mission alignment, brand‑safe presence

All analysis is frame‑based, motion‑based, and non‑identifying.

How I built it

How It Works (BIPA‑Safe):

No facial recognition. No identity extraction. No biometric templates.

  1. Motion & Geometry Analysis The system uses pose estimation (not facial recognition) to analyze:

  7. Stage spacing

Pose estimation uses anonymous skeletal keypoints that cannot identify a person.

Challenges I ran into

Pageant and modeling competitors lack:

  • Objective performance feedback
  • Consistent development metrics
  • Tools to measure stage presence
  • Media‑readiness insights
  • Sponsor‑fit indicators

Traditional judging is subjective, and most training tools are either outdated or inaccessible.

At the same time, biometric privacy laws (BIPA, CCPA, state‑level equivalents) restrict the use of facial recognition, identity extraction, and biometric storage — making many “AI beauty scoring” tools unsafe or non‑compliant.

Accomplishments that I'm proud of

Outreach to individual athletes and sports businesses that encourage our professional product. We are seeking pilot program permission with federal alignment to complete our stand alone activities at institutes in nil financial products.

What I learned

How this tool can be useful in many formats for any particular sport organisation or instrumental for intrinsic value in nil athletes careers or used for asset management purposes in banking.
