What it does

Utilities and reports for working with Confluence Page Owners.

Tidy up your Page Owners with Bulk Update. Change the Owner of all Pages from one User to another including deleted Users.
See what Pages a User Owns including deleted Users. Get a full report of which Pages a User owns, including when they were updated and the Page Status, even for deleted Users.
See which Users own which Pages in a Space. See a fully sortable report showing Page Owner, Page Title, Last Updated Date and Page Status, for an individual Space or all Spaces at once. You can also download all of the results as a csv for further processing.

All processing of results takes place in the browser so no data is sent to any external sites.

How I built it

Built using Forge and Confluence REST APIs. No external requests or storage are used. So there is no additional data risk.

Challenges I ran into

The Confluence REST APIs were not really designed around this use case, so I had to perform some workarounds to get access to certain information, like Pages which are Owned by Users who are no longer Users on a Confluence site. Finding those workaround is definitely a challenge I enjoyed solving.
