Pad Beacon connects real estate sellers and buyers directly via Twitter. Houses are listed commission free and buyers pay just $20 for each visit. The Pad Beacon App introduces properties to buyers and, if vacant, enables "any-time" mobile check-in with wireless door access when the buyer arrives for the viewing.
The buyer is invited to rate each visit and make an offer. Pad Beacon’s technology-backed brokerage services will be offered through the app, assisting both buyer and seller through the process.
