💡 What Inspired Me

While working with startups and small growing teams, I noticed that Agile ceremonies like daily standups, retrospectives, and sprint planning often become chaotic or skipped altogether. Without a dedicated Scrum Master, productivity dips, blockers pile up unnoticed, and team morale suffers. I wanted to build something that could automate Agile facilitation while enhancing team collaboration, especially for remote or resource-constrained teams.
