How do we provide peer mentorship to young pacemaker patients to best share knowledge?
Our project went through many iterations on how to best share peer knowledge among the community of young people living with a pacemaker. After user testing, iterating, and applying the feedback we received, we decided that the best way to share this information is to integrate a question asking chat interface with live video discussions. This integration will allow patients to receive real time answers from their peers while also having the flexibility to watch past videos and view past questions on their own time.
