Vision: Visual pollution is an aesthetic issue and refers to the impacts of pollution that impair one's ability to enjoy a vista or view, from that point of view we decided to build an app that will encourage all the pilgrims to get involved in the waste management process, which will help the municipal in the process of sorting and collecting.

Our app (Green Hajj), is simple, and creative that could be implanted in many different ways. The impact of our application is not limited to Hajj season, it has a wide vision that can reflect on the planet, and on the culture of each pilgrims.

(Green Hajj), will help people take better decisions to handle the waste they produce, and get reward points for each smart choice. (Green Hajj), will help the city of mecca to establish a new source of energy that will help in the abundant sources of powers. (Green Hajj), will send a strong message of environmental leadership.

What it does

How we built it

We used the Ionic framework to build a hybrid mobile app.

Challenges we ran into

How we could implant the idea to the different level of users, And the best way to deliver a simple design without having a designer.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Finalizing the idea to make it simple to the reguler user and motivate them to use the application.

What we learned

Teamwork is able to make anything possible, once they have a clear vision.

What's next for P065-Green Hajj

Implement it around the country and give the user the choice to report any visual pollution to activate the collaboration between the users and the municipals.
