unlimited consumption,unlimited waste,unlimited resource,but yet unlimited need unfulfilled The efficiency of the municipal solid waste management in Egypt is poor, starting from the quality of the collection process and even the collected waste’s quality itself is low, moving to the hauling ,transportation ,sorting and recycling we are facilitating the collection of the waste,plastic especially by including the user and the community.
there were many complications in the Coopetition ( the alliance with the competitors) mainly the highly ranked scavengers since they don't want to cooperate and they prefer to work in the informal sector.
I gained great knowledge about waste management in Egypt and especially the plastic waste, also I have implemented my idea into a business model.
what is next is to further implement the idea into a prototype.
