Inspiration

We start investigating about products that could disinfect better than the water or the alcohol. We identify the ozone as a disinfectannt, and we apply it to a machine for the garments.

What it does

This machine disinfect the garments after tried on by the customers of a clothing store.

How I built it

This machine is built by plastic and aluminium as the principal materials, but is built also by an ozone generator and an app for programme it.

Challenges I ran into

We have to investigate a lot about the ozone, if it was dangerous for the garments, how can we generate ozone,...

Accomplishments that I'm proud of

We organize ourselves perfectly and we follow the checkpoints at time, so we could do a good work and enjoying this amazing experience.

What I learned

First we learned a lot about how the covid-19 has affected to the textile sector, also about the covid-19 in general, a lot of information that we did not know. And also about the ozone, we learned of what it is composed, how can we use it and why we have to use it.

What's next for OZONE

TOGETHER, for us that is our mission, we think that our idea and all ideas of this hackathon are very useful for Europe. But we also think that none of this ideas are going to work if we dont develop them TOGETHER. So the next steps for this project are, obviously continue developing it but above all we want to make a collaborative project with all the textile companies, around "OZONE" and try to benefit the textile sector and the society at all.
