Inspiration
We noticed that TUJ students are expericing difficulties of not being able to access events post.
What it does
It provides event information for students in a web application, which is more convenient.
How we built it
Python backend, using orm to access sqlite database, store normalized data within minimum dependency and redundancy.
Challenges we ran into
we found that application require environment to run which may vary depending on computer
Accomplishments that we're proud of
we built beautiful ui in frontend and database in backend with minimum coupling.
What we learned
We learned that communication is important so that requirement between frontend and backend can synchronize.
What's next for Owlvent
Authorization and Mobile capability is prefered
